隨著全球醫療保健進入數位化時代，醫療資訊和患者的隱私保障越來越重要。曾從事醫療投資，現為Linfinity的CEO Anndy Lian接受NowNews專訪時表示，透過區塊鏈去中心化、透明化、無法竄改的特性，即可確保藥品合法安全，杜絕假藥同時保障患者安全。
假藥流入市面影響民眾健康的消息頻傳，也是全球性問題。Anndy Lian強調，判別藥物是真是假，必須從藥品源頭開始到物流環節做好醫藥溯源，然而透過區塊鏈、可靠的系統，記錄全方位藥品的相關訊息，以token輔助，產品使用者只需要掃描，就能知道藥物真偽及使用期限。
區塊鏈目前在台灣尚未立法，屬討論及觀望階段。不過Anndy Lian表示，實際走訪後，發現無論大或小，台灣公司對區塊鏈普遍接受度高。大公司在推廣時，難免會受到舊有系統制約，但是他認為科技不斷進步，必須想辦法趕上並改善，迅速與區塊鏈做結合，而且只需要將某部分重要訊息上鏈，修改幅度不大，應儘早執行。
至於小企業在資源相對缺乏下，也可以透過區塊鏈公開特明的特性快速開拓市場，因此當前首要之務就是盡快讓區塊鏈在台灣落地。
幣安（Binance）交易所創辦人暨執行長趙長鵬曾指出，全球大多數國家都在2018年初開始討論加密貨幣，台灣稍微晚了一步。對此，Anndy Lian認為，台灣環境、風氣開放，自由度甚至高過新加坡，因此還不算太晚，但必須花更多時間在與各方企業探討，加上台灣尚未立法，無法規限制就不會找漏洞，台灣區塊鏈會有更多元發展空間。

Currently, he is appointed as the Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization, championing national digitization. Lian played a pivotal role as the Blockchain Advisor for Asian Productivity Organisation (APO), an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region.
An avid supporter of incubating start-ups, Anndy has also been a private investor for the past eight years. With a growth investment mindset, Anndy strategically demonstrates this in the companies he chooses to be involved with. He believes that what he is doing through blockchain technology currently will revolutionise and redefine traditional businesses. He also believes that the blockchain industry has to be “redecentralised”.
