Anndy Lian is an all-rounded business strategist in Asia. He has provided advisory across a variety of industries for local, international, and public-listed companies and governments. He is an early blockchain adopter and experienced serial entrepreneur, book author, investor, board member, and keynote speaker.

Currently, he is appointed Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization, championing national digitization.

Prior to his current appointments, he was the Advisor, Government Relations, and Partnership Chief at Bybit, where he led initiatives with Oracle Red Bull Racing. He was the Chairman of BigONE Exchange, a global top 30 ranked crypto spot exchange. He was also the Advisory Board Member for Hyundai DAC, the blockchain arm of South Korea’s largest car manufacturer, Hyundai Motor Group, where he looks after the governance and compliance aspects of the business.

He also played a pivotal role as the Blockchain Advisor for the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO), an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region. He advises the Secretariat on the latest concepts and applications of blockchain technologies in cybersecurity and IoT network data integrity across smart factories and upskills the Secretariat staff in blockchain technologies as applicable to productivity. APO members include Bangladesh, Cambodia, Republic of China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Anndy was part of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Blockchain Special Committee, Government of Republic Korea, together with industry experts such as Brock Pierce (Chairman, Bitcoin Foundation) and Alexis Sirkia (Founder of Yellow.com), helping the province to grow using blockchain technologies. He was the Chairman (Singapore) of the Korea eSports Industry Association (KeIA), actively promoting eSports to go mainstream and adopt cryptocurrencies.

Lian was also the CEO of LINFINITY, the World's First Distributed Supply Chain Platform that disrupts the supply chain industry through a transparent and traceable system. LINFINITY has a successful business in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Korea.

Anndy played a leadership role in not-for-profit and quasi-government-linked organizations such as the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA). He worked alongside policymakers, private sector decision-makers, and experts to create business value propositions for different industries.

He wrote a book titled “Blockchain Revolution 2030” published by Kyobo, the largest bookstore chain in South Korea. Together with co-authors Park Young Sook and Shawn Hamnison, they share insights on how blockchain technology played an essential foundation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. NFT: From Zero to Hero is his latest book. Zero to Hero is a call to anyone and everyone excited about the prospect of the world of NFT. Bound by imagination only, the NFT space is still in its early days, and early adopters can be “heroes” searching for new possibilities. The book is available on Amazon and Bybit. More than 8,000 copies were sold.

His blockchain knowledge and work have drawn attention from various international media such as Forbes, Bloomberg, Reuters, Fortune, Yahoo, Nasdaq, FOX News, The Straits Times, Business Times, Channel News Asia, ABC News, Singapore Business Review, Asia Business Weekly, CBS News, CNET, ZDNET and more.

In 2022, the Academic Council of Ulaanbaatar Erdem University awarded him an honorary doctoral degree in recognition of his contribution to the development of productivity science in Mongolia. In 2024, Rauf Denktas University awarded him an honorary doctoral degree in blockchain technology for his significant contributions to the field and for advancing the integration of blockchain into various sectors. This recognition underscores his expertise and the impact of his work on the global blockchain community.

Anndy is also the founder, investor, advisor, author, and board member of several other Asian and European companies. An avid supporter of incubating start-ups, Anndy has investments in several traditional companies. He has also been a private investor for the past eight years. With a growth investment mindset, Anndy strategically demonstrates this in the companies he chooses to be involved with. He believes what he is doing through blockchain technology will revolutionise and redefine traditional businesses. He also believes that the blockchain industry has to be "redecentralised".
