Linfinity GM Enzo Wang 发表演讲时说道，区块链技术在追求透明、利益和幸福方面满足了个人、组织和社会的日益增长的需求。他表示，Linfinity在过去、现在以及可预见的未来都不曾以及不会有任何的ICO行为，Linfinity将从商业场景本身出发，切实探索和研究产业供应链中各个环节的痛点，从需求出发，提供从物流、到信息流、再到资金流的各层面的解决方案，从社区出发，构建可持续发展的社区共建平台。
2. 越南司法部、法律政策专家Le Ngoc Giang先生以《越南区块链行业发展之路》为主题进行了演讲，他指出：区块链增加了透明度并且降低成本和欺诈，可以通过数据控制和优化来实现区块链的解决方案，通过可信支付布局区块链。
3. 天使投资人薛蛮子现身并进行了演讲，他指出，投资区块链，要坚定，要耐心，是长期的投资而不是短期投机，短期不可暴富，这个行业充满了泡沫，宁可失去机会，千万别赔钱。公司必须解决刚需、痛点、高频的问题，不能是空气币。
4. 企业家，Uber、Airbnb和比特币的早期投资人Jeffrey Wernick在会上发表演讲指出，很多人可以说出很多专业术语，但是他们并不是真正懂得其中的含义，甚至很多程序员也不知道他们在说什么。我并不很关心各种各样的币，我们需要看到，互联网技术很美好，是我喜欢的工具，而且随着科技进步，中产阶级、中下阶层、世界很多地方都有所改善，我们的生活更加舒适，但是某种程度上是因为我们借了更多钱成为债务奴隶，为什么经济如此糟糕。世界各国央行应该采取非常有创新的政策来维持，不管是量化宽松还是资本管制，因为市场脆弱到它必须得到各国政府支持才能保证金融市场的质量。要想改变事物，必须了解市场结构，必须先学会赚钱，而不仅仅是筹集资金。

Currently, he is appointed as the Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization, championing national digitization. Lian played a pivotal role as the Blockchain Advisor for Asian Productivity Organisation (APO), an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region.
An avid supporter of incubating start-ups, Anndy has also been a private investor for the past eight years. With a growth investment mindset, Anndy strategically demonstrates this in the companies he chooses to be involved with. He believes that what he is doing through blockchain technology currently will revolutionise and redefine traditional businesses. He also believes that the blockchain industry has to be “redecentralised”.
